How the Business Grows

Based on the offer architecture, Trace is designed to grow through two entry points leading to deeper engagement:

  1. Startup path: Route Finder (£495) → Testing & Certification (£850–£1,350) → Retainer
  2. Established business path: Range Review (£495–£3,200+) → Retainer (£750–£3,750/mo)

Both paths lead toward retainer relationships, which represent the highest recurring revenue and deepest client relationship.

Funnel Architecture

Awareness → Route Finder or Range Review (diagnostic) → Testing & Certification (execution) → Retainer (ongoing) → Team Training (expansion)

The diagnostic entry points (Route Finder, Range Review) are priced to be low-commitment decisions. They generate the information that makes the client want to continue with Trace for execution.

Leverage Points

  • Full-chain experience creates trust that specialists in only one part of the process cannot match
  • Fixed-fee diagnostics lower the barrier to first engagement
  • Retainer model creates predictable recurring revenue
  • Subsequent-product pricing (lower than first product) encourages clients to bring their full range
  • Standards knowledge across 10 PPE categories means one client relationship can cover multiple product lines
