Hire figures are rough examples of UK salaries plus employer costs, not guaranteed savings. The certification month is the retainer fee plus the managed certification fee, with ten percent off.
All fees exclude VAT and are billed monthly in advance. Test house and certification-body fees are approved by you in writing and passed on at cost, without markup.

Is it a pool of hours?
No. It is access to me. Questions are not counted, and project work is priced as a project.
What does the ten percent apply to?
Every Trace service while the retainer runs. Managed certification is £895.50 instead of £995, for example.
Where should I start?

What if a live product has a problem?
It is scoped and priced as a project, never quietly absorbed.
